THIS WEEKS MICROGREENS— KOHLRABI & RADISH

  • KALE MEDLEY : a vibrant mix of kale varieties adds a a ton of colors and flavors for half of the work.

    • Kale microgreens are high in vitamins A, B, C, E and K as well as calcium, iron, carotene, amino acids and protein.

    • Kale microgreens work great raw in smoothies, salads, and sandwiches but can also be replace kale in many recipes.

  • KOHLRABI (Returning 10/15/2024) : with a delightful sweet turnip or broccoli flavor these make a delightful addition to various dishes, from salads to omelets.
