Butter Lettuce: Butter lettuce earned its name from its delicate, buttery flavor & silky-soft texture that melts in your mouth. Coupled with hints of mellow floral notes & milk sweetness, it adds an abundance of flavor to salads & sandwiches.
Oakleaf Lettuce: This lettuce boasts its beautiful, shiny leaves shaped like those of the might oak tree. In addition to its unique shape, it also presents a wide flavor pallet. The soft leaves offer sweet, tangy, and even nutty flavors.
Sweet Crisp Lettuce: Named very simply for its sweet, never bitter, taste and crunchy, succulent texture; this variety of lettuce is truly the best of romaine & iceberg combined into one. Its unique three-dimensional leaves add an intricate texture to salad and a like for a beautiful, edible garnish.

Sold individually per one head of lettuce— one head equates to about 2 large dinner salads, 4 small side salads. Lettuce head size varies but averages about 6oz.
